Bonnie is a Registered Dietitian helping women find food freedom so they can enjoy food without guilt or shame. She has made it my mission to be the voice of reason in this world that’s so saturated with diet culture messages like saying women should look and eat a certain way, and help women understand that nutrition and eating does not have to be complicated, stressful or anxiety-provoking.
