THE PROJECT:

The client was looking for a Toronto-based design partner who could bring their concept to life and create a website template they could follow to meet their design needs. We were able to build a large-scale custom website with the potential of growth over time.

A+A+A+ My experience with Kelly was excellent in every aspect!

“I'll start by explaining that before selecting Kelly, I met with at least 7 other website designers (from large marketing agencies to small agencies to freelancers), and Kelly was not only the most helpful, explaining every detail to me from the beginning and giving me her advice, but her website designs are beautiful and, beyond that, her pricing was the most competitive.

She was unbelievably helpful. She kindly accommodated me in many aspects, such as including extra items like business cards and flyers, and provided detailed explanations every step of the way. She even helped me with things that were completely outside the scope of the project, such as helping me think through naming decisions and sending me personalized Loom videos that she recorded herself so I could learn more about website design and functionalities that interested me. We also exchanged many detailed emails (and I really mean many), and she always took the time to provide thoughtful explanations, offer helpful suggestions, and answer my questions, which gave me a great deal of trust and confidence throughout the process.

I don't think anyone in Toronto would have been able to provide the incredible service she did, because I'm not an easy client (I'm really picky), and Kelly surpassed all my expectations. The website and logos look beautiful, and I'm extremely happy with the final result. She's very nice to deal with, and I very much appreciate her service and patience with me.
