Our approach and focus need to change as our life changes and evolves. We can’t control what happens in life, but we can learn to be more resilient and proactive. Together, we will develop an understanding of where you are and how to get where you want to go.  We are all unique, and what works for someone else may not be what is best for you.  What hasn’t worked in the past gives us valuable information about where adjustments need to be made.
