Lauren is a Registered Dietitian and online weight loss coach. She is ready to help you lose weight, gain confidence and love the way you look! She has helped hundreds of women transform themselves in her private practice. She took her own struggles with managing her weight and hating her body to inspire other women to learn balanced eating that makes you look and feel amazing while still having fun.
